Taking place on the final day of the festival is the 1st Annual Jerome Craft Beer Experience! Join us as we celebrate Arizona's finest craft beers on Sunday, September 10, 2023, from 11:30 am to 4:00 pm.

Guests of this unique event will get the chance to sample craft beers from some of the best breweries in Arizona. Several Arizona cideries, distilleries, meaderies and wineries will also be highlighted. There will be live music, and very unique food options available for our Arizona foodies.

In addition, there will also be a Boho Flower & Art Market that will be filled with florists and curated artisans.

The highlight of the craft beer experience is the Best Beard in Bloom contest where bearded brewers are teamed up with florists to have their beards adorned with flowers.

The Jerome Craft Beer Experience takes place in four walkable venues; the Bartlett Hotel Ruins, the Upper Park, the Middle Park & the Lower Park. Alcohol will only be served at the Bartlett Hotel Ruins and the Lower Park. The other two venues offer exciting food and artisan vendors. Enjoy the day popping around listening to live music at all four venues.

Since opening in North Phoenix in November 2019, Simple Machine Brewing Company strives every day to brew simply delicious beer. The four main ingredients of beer – water, yeast, barley, hops – are the simple machines that make great craft beer.

Inspired by the burgeoning craft beer movement and the innovative spirit of homebrewers, we envisioned a neighborhood gathering spot that embodied the thrill of a small brewery. After years of research, we set out to do what we believed no one had done before. Our idea was different; sure guests could come in and drink a craft beer, but why not let them brew it themselves? We thought we would invite our guests to come in and brew with our skilled brewers, create the exact beer they had in mind and come back to enjoy it with their friends. With this idea in mind, we set out to find the perfect location. We were drawn to the sense of community in Arcadia, where Brian and Pat lived. It was a neighborhood with a strong spirit and a close-knit feel. While grabbing a bite at the Black Forest Cafe one day (now known as O.H.S.O.  Arcadia), fate seemed to step in when we discovered the building in Arcadia was about to be leased to another group. We jumped in and took a chance. With little money but a lot of determination, we took over the outdated building and converted it with the help of our family, friends, and a lot of old-fashioned hard work.

THAT Brewery is for beer enthusiasts, foodies, nature fanatics, mountain bikers, hikers, campers, sightseers, antique shoppers, families, home brewers and well, just about everyone!

Smelter Town Brewery’s mission is to represent the community of Clarkdale through a small-town vibe of good friends, good times, and great beer.

​Smelter Town Brewery and the upstairs Park Hotel became a reality in 2018 when owners Craig and Becky Backus began remodeling the 100-year-old building. Craig developed an interest in the craft brewery world, and with the space provided, felt that a brewery would be just the thing to help bring Clarkdale’s downtown district back to life.

 In the fall of 2020, Smelter Town Brewery opened up with expectations of doing exactly that.

We’re dedicated to making complex craft ciders from simple, natural ingredients. We combine traditional wisdom with new technology and equipment to create different ciders that range from dry to semi-sweet. At Six Byrd, we work to elevate cider and demonstrate the versatility of our fine craft. Out of frustration to find a quality dry cider, Six Byrd Cider was created to bridge the gap between wine and beer. Arizonans now have a local cidery that creates the "not overly sweet” cider found today. Ranging from dry to semi-sweet, we offer a cider that will suit anyone's palate.

The roots of Cider Corps can be traced to the Sangin Valley of Afghanistan where co-owner Jason Duren was deployed with the U.S. Marine Corps. While there, Jason suffered two traumatic brain injuries from multiple IED blasts. When he returned home, Jason had a long road toward recovery and medical retirement. His brother Josh suggested they start making cider. It was a hobby that involved routines, problem-solving, and focus. All things Jason’s doctor had ordered, with a bonus… perhaps they would also end up with something good to drink.

While those first cider batches were far from drinkable, the process clicked with Jason. He started learning all he could about cider making and eventually got a degree in Sustainable Horticulture from Arizona State University.

With time, Jason developed his own unique techniques for making ciders he and Josh were proud to drink and share.

Those techniques and their ciders soon caught the attention of significant people in Arizona’s beverage and culinary industry who encouraged the brothers to turn their hobby into a business.

Sometimes great ideas are born from conversations with family and friends while enjoying a fine cocktail. In one such conversation in 2016, I shared what I thought was a great idea with my husband Mike: We should start a hobby of distilling small batch spirits, after all, my family grows corn on our Kansas farm and bourbon and vodka need corn. Maybe we could even sell a few bottles. And much to my surprise, Mike loved the idea.

Quickly my idea became a hobby, which has now become our passion. Our vision became more defined as we moved through the process: To create the finest portfolio of premium bourbons and vodkas. Quality without compromise. Only the finest grains, people, and processes. Only natural ingredients. No shortcuts, sugars, or artificial additives. Natural. Authentic. Premium. Delicious.

After years of research and development, Carefree Bourbon, Chakra Vodka, and Carefree Spirits Distillery were born. We were on a mission to build a great national distilling business. By 2022, both our brands had received 30 international awards for taste and quality. Today, both Carefree Bourbon and Chakra Vodkas are available online in 41 states, with hopes to cover all 50 states and then expand internationally.

Canción Tequila is the award-winning brand of 100 percent Blue Weber agave tequilas from international touring and recording artists Roger Clyne & The Peacemakers (formerly The Refreshments). Named after the Spanish translation of ‘Song’, Canción Tequila has found popularity on both sides of the border, boasting four varietals — Blanco, Reposado and Añejo— all having earned medals from national and international competitions, and the newly released Extra Añejo. Like Clyne himself – a third generation Arizonan who was born in Tucson -Canción Tequila is a staple of the Southwest and a fast growing name in the Tequila industry. Our ultra-premium line of Tequilas was formerly known for years as Roger Clyne’s Mexican Moonshine. In 2021 our Tequila was re-born as Canción Tequila. All varietals are double-distilled and then filtered three times to create a spirit so smooth you can sip it.

Uwe had always dreamed of opening his own Meadery. He loves the history and cultural uniqueness that this delicious beverage has. Mead, sometimes referred to as honey wine, is the oldest/first fermented beverage known to man. Historically, mead was held in high regard as the beverage of choice for royalty, poets, and scholars or the ‘Nectar of the Gods’ through Norse mythology. More commonly, mead is referenced in relation to the drink of the Vikings. The cultural history holds a special mystique for Uwe, along with mead’s simplicity and wide versatility of flavors. Celestial Artisan Meadery, in fact, gets its name from a combination of honoring the tradition of meads throughout history and mythology. His passion for mead-making was met with perfect timing to open Celestial Artisan Meadery with his business partner Heather.

Specializing in both classic and adventurous offerings from timeless cupcakes, tarts, pastries and finger sandwiches to floral-flavored confections such as shortbread cookies, teacakes, and cakes among others, our artisan bakery location holds many delicious offerings that can only be found through its golden-clad doors.

Perry, The Smoke-King has a strong and strange passion for smoke rings. A Great Love for Family , Friends & Food. Especially the smoked variety, there is nothing that can be cooked that he doesn’t believe a little essence of smoke wouldn’t make better. Even chocolate chip cookies.

Preparing and serving food is a rewarding way to bring pleasure to others. It also provides me with satisfaction and happiness, something I’ve known since I started cooking at the age of 11.

When my family removed dairy from our diets, this left many recipes tasting bland. This is when I started experimenting with creating my own variations of the cheez – free of artificial chemicals, made with local whole food ingredients, gluten-free, vegan and packed full of flavour.

It was soooo good that we couldn’t keep all this goodness to ourselves and OOOHMAMA! cheez was born.

I dedicate this work to my beloved late husband, Gary, who was always my biggest supporter to go after my passions. He is the driving force behind OOOHMAMA! and the reason we are able to bless so many people each day with this product.

We are a woman and veteran owned spiced snack and confectionery company. All of our goods are based around Our dry barbecue rub “Rub it all over me.”
